MONA Wohnen GmbH caters its new-builts to young families and their needs. Housing must be affordable, well positioned and yet modern and spacious.
According to these criteria, the company has already built 4 houses on the former barracks site in Emmerich am Rhein. 3 more houses will be built in 2022 and will be subsidized.
The company has also acquired and developed 6 terraced houses with a garden for rent.
In 2018 the company has already built a kindergarten, which is in the immediate vicinity of the apartments. The Kindergarden was opened with 5 groups for a total of 120 children, which ideally covers the needs of the location.
In the middle of woods, the Healthcare park is currently being built on a former barracks site and the project “Junges Wohnen” (Young Living) and „Wohnen Süd“ (Living South) will be part of it.

4 residential buildings with a total of 45 spacious rental apartments were built in the central area of the Healthcare Park. Next to the first house there is also a combined heat and power plant, which supplies the new area with heat.

A kindergarten with large daycare facilitiy and a generous outdoor area was built for the operator AWO on the former barracks site in Emmerich am Rhein. The building size and the number of groups is adapted to the entire development area.
