Living space in Cologne is in high demand and Phoenix Projekt 237 GmbH has set itself the task of creating it.
The company is currently building two residential buildings in a new development area in Cologne Sürth, which will consist of a total of 6 residential buildings with different types of apartments.
A new residential street is currently being developed and constructed for this project.
The construction of the houses will take place in two phases.
In a central location and near the Rhine, a house with 10 apartments, parking spaces and a playground area is being built on a plot of approx. 580m². Start of construction was in winter 2020.
The second house with 6 modern apartments will be located at the end of the new street. Construction will start 2022.
