A house with condominiums and a playground is being built on an approx. 580m² plot near the Rhine in Cologne´s district Sürth. An old existing building was demolished for this purpose and will be replaced by modern and bright apartments.
There will be apartment sizes of about 60 to 120m² with 2- to 4-rooms, including a balcony or a loggia.
