In the moddle of woods and greenery, the healthcare park is currently being built on a former barracks site and „Junges Wohnen“ (Young Living) is part of it.
On a plot site of approx. 5,850 m², 7 residential buildings with a total of 85 modern rental apartments with a large balcony are being successively built here.
The apartment sizes vary from 2 to 4 rooms with about 50 to 110 m².
In front of the first house there is also a combined heat and power plant on about 180 m², which supplies the entire area with heat and is leased and operated since summer 2019.
