Modern condominiums are being built on an approx. 850 m² plot in Cologne´s district Rodenkirchen.

For this construction project, an old existing building will be demolished and replaced by spacious apartments.

All 4-room-apartments will have a living space of about 100 m² and a balcony or terrace. 4 apartments will be located on the first two floors and the fifth will extend over the entire attic.

Due to its proximity to the so called „Cologne Riviera“ and the Forest Botanical Garden, Rodenkirchen is one of the best residential locations in Cologne. Water, forest and walking paths as well as daycare centers, schools, restaurants and shopping facilities: Rodenkirchen offers everything you need. And thanks to the good connections to the freeways and public transportation, the City Center of Cologne and Bonn can be reached quickly.

The building permit was granted in 2021 and start of construction will be in 2022.
