In 2018, phoenix took over the project company „mona“ that developed a new concept for the former barracks site in Emmerich am Rhein. With a total area of approximately 350,000 m², this venture is one of Emmerich’s largest infrastructure projects and perfectly reflects our sustainable concepts and community-enhancing developments.
A new quarter arises in Emmerich whose cross-generational concept will conform to all the social requirements of the city.
The company and its subsidiaries realize the so-called “Healthcare park”, which offers all important facilities and forms of housing, from daycare centers to nursing homes and from single apartments to single-family homes as well as apartments for senior citizens.
Other developed areas, such as the business park, the retail areas and the Waldparkviertel, have been sold to external parties and will complete the Healthcare park.
