Phoenix Parkraum GmbH built a parking garage with 372 parking spaces in Emmerich am Rhein in 2023. The building is held in the portfolio and operated by Phoenix Centermanangement GmbH. The multi-storey parking lot is at the heart of the development on the former barracks site, which has been transformed into a residential health park with a medical center through demolition and new construction. There is also a 90,000 m² commercial area and a new residential area with around 350 residential units.
