The new construction of a 3-star plus hotel with 100 rooms, a breakfast and bar area and 34 underground parking spaces was developed in the city of Hanover. The spatial planning was developed on the basis of economic management and controlled within the framework of a hotel appraisal.
At the moment there is an existing building on the nearly 1,300 m² site, which will be demolished for this project. The location impresses with a distance of only 750 m to the city center and about 1.3 km to the main station and gives the hotel a typical city hotel attribute.
The developed project incl. building permit has been sold.
