The former Ramada Hotel Britannia in Laatzen will soon become a modern and qualitative hotel “LOGINN by ACHAT”. The new hotel will have 100 rooms, 3 conference rooms, a restaurant and over 30 parking spaces after an extensive reconstruction.
The building will be completely renovated and will receive a new front, windows, roof and equipment. Furthermore, the building will receive a new fire protection concept. The planning phase has been completed and initial preparations for the restoration have been made so it will be possible to start construction in the 1st quarter of 2022.
The hotel’s location is particularly appealing due to its proximity to Hanover trade fair grounds as well as to the TUI Arena. The southern entrance to the trade fair is only 1km away from the hotel and thus a walking distance.
The location is also very well connected to public transport and is therefore very attractive for trade fair visitors and business travelers.
