A business hotel with 150 guest rooms on 6 floors in the 3-star plus range was developed on the approximately 4,400 m² site in Laatzen, which is located next to the Hanover trade fair center.
The 3 stars plus concept of the hotel includes spacious rooms, a roof top bar, a sauna and fitness area as well as conference rooms with a view of the exhibition grounds. The sauna and gym are also located on the top floor with access to the roof terrace.
The property is located on the former EXPO grounds close to the TUI Arena and the concert halls and is only a few minutes walk from Messe Hannover – West Entrance (main access for public transport).
The developed project incl. building permit has been sold.
