Heidelweg

Heidelweg, a new residential street is being built in Cologne Sürth with a total of seven new apartment buildings.

One residential building with 6 qualitative condominiums and an underground car park will be built by Phoenix Projekt 237 GmbH at the end of the street.

The sizes of the 3- to 4-room apartments vary from approx. 90 m² – 135 m².

All the apartments on the 1st floor include a terrace and a garden, while there is a balcony on the upper floor and a roof terrace on the top floor. The house has an elevator, so each floor will be easily accessible.

The underground car park with 12 parking spaces will be in the basement of the house and there will also be a car elevator.

The building permit was issued and the construction will start in the beginning of 2022.
