The Company acquired a medical centre with a dialysis centre in May 2021. The medical centre includes an neighbouring building, which is only used as a storage place and for small businesses.
A new utilization concept for the expansion of the medical centre is currently being developed for the old building.
In Lünen, an existing medical centre is being renovated and expanded with a new building.
