A modern psychosomatic clinic with 120 inpatient places is being planned in the central area of the healthcare park. The target group as well as the offerings are focused on the prevention and treatment of “stress-related disorders” such as depression diseases and burn-out. The available treatments covert he nationwide needs, but the regional requirements also play a major role and the included outpatient day clinic will cover these.
Due to the beneficial location in the healthcare park, synergies will be generated and can be used with the other parties of the healthcare park. I.e. all medical treatments and additional services besides the actual therapy are offered in the adjacent medical centre and can be used by the inpatients. Furthermore, the public café and the hairdressing salon in the neighboring care facility can be used. Vice versa, the services offered by the clinic can also be used by patients and employees of the Emmerich Vital, the kindergarten or the inhabitants of the healthcare park etc.
The building permit has already been issued and the site has been prepared for construction, but minor changes are currently being made to the planning.
