In the southern part of Essen’s popular cult mile „Rü“, Phoenix Essen GmbH planned the construction of a new residential and commercial building with underground parking. In terms of ist use it will fit perfectly into the streetscape.
In particular, a restaurant and an organic market were planned for the first floor of the building, whereas the upper floors will be used for residential purposes. A small hotel with 65 rooms and office space are also planned in the new building complex. The interesting and unique mix of the “Rü” will thus be preserved for the people thanks to the new utilization concept.
The new building will be built on the site of a former car dealership. There will be 131 parking spaces in the underground garage.
The developed project was sold as part of a share deal.
