Residential Building

Heidelweg, a new residential street is being built in Cologne Sürth with a total of 7 new apartment buildings.

Two of these residential buildings, each with 5 spacious condominiums and parking spaces, are being built by Phoenix-Handelshaus GmbH.

The apartment sizes vary and there are apartments with 3 rooms and about 90 m² and penthouse apartments with 4 rooms and about 135 m². The apartments on the first floor have a terrace with and a garden, and on the upper floors there are either balconies or roof terraces.

The building application for the new construction project was submitted in March 2020 and construction will begin immediately after the approval. The planned construction period will be approximately 14 months.

Sürth is one of the most beautiful districts of Cologne and convinces with its nice mixture of city – country – river.

All important facilities for daily life, shopping and leisure activities are located in this idyllic place near the Rhine. Due to the excellent connection to the freeway as well as to public transport, the center of Cologne and Bonn can be reached quickly. Therefore, Sürth is a popular residential area for families and all those who enjoy peace and nature but do not want to miss the big city life.
